Nestled in a private community of six units, this end-unit townhouse is perfect for families, featuring shared access to a refreshing pool from May to September. Enjoy breathtaking views of both the ocean and the sound from one of our four balconies, ideal for sipping sweet tea as you watch the sunrises on the oceanside and sunsets on the sound side.
The open living area invites you to unwind in comfort, whether it's lounging in the living room or gathering around the large island for a family board game. With a well-equipped kitchen, cooking up a delicious meal together becomes a delightful experience.
On the first floor, you'll find the primary bedroom complete with a King bed and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a standalone shower for your convenience. Just down the hall, there’s a second bedroom with another King bed and its own private balcony showcasing sound views, along with a full bathroom just down the hallway.
Head up to the top level where two additional small bedrooms await—one with a Queen bed and another with a Double bed—alongside a shared full bathroom. The upper level boasts an open living space and a kitchen outfitted with stainless top steel appliances, a large granite island with seating for three, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Step out onto the deck off the living room, where you can unwind at the counter-height table with four chairs, enjoying a glass of wine while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves and birds.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
